Dr. Manisha Diaz is an accomplished laboratory scientist and R&D leader with over a decade of experience spanning molecular biology, immunoassay development, and clinical diagnostics. She has built her career on developing and validating high quality analytical methods across molecular and immunoassay platforms – ensuring data integrity and scientific rigor in both research and regulated laboratory environments. Currently at Mosaic Diagnostics, Manisha is expanding her expertise into GC – MS and LC – MS based analytical testing, applying her strong foundation in assay design and method validation to this rapidly advancing field. Dr. Diaz earned her Ph.D. in Microbiology (Bacterial Genetics) from the University of Iowa and completed postdoctoral research at the University of Kansas, where she investigated bacterial autolysin regulation.
