Dr. Woeller and Lindsay have a conversation about other environmental chemical exposures, including hormone disruptors, plastics, and why you should consider avoiding cooking with olive oil. Finally, laboratory testing is discussed including the important use of the Organic Acids Test and the TOX Detect profiles from Mosaic Diagnostics.

Lindsay Goddard is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian (RD, LD/N) with a bachelor’s degree in biology, a master’s in nutrition, advanced graduate training in toxicology, and is certified in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. She has worked in a variety of settings such as hospitals, universities, and outpatient clinics, focusing on gastroenterology, genetics, and pediatrics. She joined MosaicDX (formerly Great Plains Laboratory), nearly 7 years ago, in the role of clinical educator and is now a manager of clinical development. Additionally, she runs a private practice consulting in various medical offices, as well as provides integrative support in palliative care for the west coast of Florida.
