In the episode, Dr. Kurt Woeller interviews Susan Dopart, MS, RDN. Susan is a licensed dietician, exercise physiologist, and certified trainer in motivational interviewing. She has decades of experience in diabetes, insulin resistance, gut health, hormones, and mold exposure. Susan explains her own health journey linked to mold toxicity. Laboratory testing through Great Plains Laboratory, now Mosaic Diagnostics, and working with their clinical advising and education team was pivotal in understanding how various environmental exposures were impacting her overall health.
