Patricia Kaufman, Ph.D., is the Dean of Integrative Health and Nutrition at American College of Health Sciences (ACHS), a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS®) and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) with expertise in human health and performance. She is the curriculum developer and an instructor in the doctoral program at ACHS and serves as an adjunct faculty at National University of Natural Medicine, teaching courses on integrative health and nutrition, microbiome, immunity and nutrition, endocrine and nutrition, food insecurity and sustainability, chronic disease management, evidence-based informed practices, and sports nutrition. She previously also served as an adjunct faculty member at Sonoran University. In addition to teaching, Dr. Kaufman supervises CNS candidates, mentor’s nutritionists and students, actively participates in nutrition-related research, is a peer reviewer, and is on the editorial board for the Journal of Integrative Nutrition.
